"St. Rose Girls Lacrosse Get Their Second Win Of The Season After A Dominant Performance Against Brick Township"

St. Rose girls lacrosse improves to 2-11 this season after a outstanding performance against 5-7 Brick Township yesterday with a 15-5 victory at home. They had everything going for them right from the start as Brick had trouble on defense in this game. Head coach Molly Warner had a great game plan for St. Rose making it simple for her players to go out there and do their thing as a team. St. Rose set the tone early on offense which definitely helped their defense get all momentum they needed. Brick didn't have answers when it came to their offense but had some positive things happen scoring 5 goals as a team.

Mackenzie Nerenberg and Maggie Kerr couldn't be stopped as they had fantastic success scoring multiple goals off of Brick Township's defense for St. Rose. Both Kerr and Nerenberg are seniors that have experience to take over any time of each game in order to help their team win. They had other contributions also but these two just were just in the zone, focused and everything clicking for them. As a team St. Rose did a great job of distributing the ball to their teammates, not rushing on shots, setting their offense, making sure everyone was ready and then strike when the iron is hot. Brick Township's got tired in my opinion with all the things coming from St. Rose's offense and switching it up.

St. Rose next game is tomorrow May 3rd against Freehold Township at 4:45 pm eastern.
