Raquel Guidetti who is a senior now for Rumson-Fair Haven girls basketball recently got her 1000th career point which is remarkable and they celebrated it yesterday by taking pictures after the game against Red Bank Regional. Guidetti scored 13 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 steal which helped them get a victory. Guidetti is a combo guard which is SG/PG as she can do multiple things on the court and make her teammates better. Guidetti is also 5'10" with speed, quickness and great off the dribble when it comes to running an offense and shooting.
Rumson-Fair Haven is going to miss her leadership, toughness, competitiveness and team first mentality when she goes to college. Guidetti is a fantastic talent on the court but a great person off the court also. Her career is one to be remembered for in Rumson-Fair Haven history as she continues to finish her senior season strong and getting ready for next journey. Raquel Guidetti ended up committing to Catholic University continuing her basketball career. They are getting an all around player who is ready to start day one in college in my opinion.
Once Raquel Guidetti gets going on the games then she cannot be stopped as her shooting ability is off the charts. Guidetti works hard everyday on shooting, defense, passing and become the best player she can be. It is hard for other teams sometimes to game plan for her because you don't know whats in store as Guidetti can switch it up at any moment. She is really great at creating mix matches on opposing defenses which opens up lanes to baskets or her teammates getting opened at a high rate. Guidetti's career numbers are unbelievable and will leave a positive impact with this school.
