Liberty had a fantastic off-season improving their roster with a surrounding cast that fits.
Liberty started their 2024 season strong as they were one of the most dominated teams early in WNBA clicking as a group and playing great basketball. Sabrina Ionesu loves to compete at a high level, wants to win and makes her teammates better with everyone buying in. They finished the season 32-8, number on in their division, feeling confident and ready for playoff basketball.
In the first round, New York Liberty faced Atlanta Dream and beat them twice as they advanced to next round.
