Last night from 5:00-700 pm eastern former New York Yankees first baseman and 4X World Series Champion Tino Martinez made an appearance at Woodbridge Brewing Company to meet all the fans. They sold over 300 tickets before the door even opened which is amazing all the staff people were ready for a busy day. Fans started to come inside to check in around 4:00 as the place started to get crowded. There were some people already at Woodbridge Brewing Company watching the football games while waiting for the event to start. People had their Tino Martinez jerseys and some had different Yankees jerseys.
The KD Sports Promotions table was already set up for them when I walked in with bats, baseballs, books, helmets, pictures and Jerseys for Tino Martinez. People already started buying items from the table right away, getting inscriptions and JSAs. They do a fantastic job of organizing the place before each event as the crowd starting to fill the inside near the bar, tables and back patio outside. All the fans were excited waiting patiently until Tino Martinez showed up with his representative Jack Berke Then after a while fans started to cheer near the bar
They started calling out numbers a little after once Tino Martinez and his representative Jack Berke got settled down. My friends Jake and Eddie from The Bronx Zoo also made an appearance to help do some content with all the fans, take footage of Woodbridge Brewing Company and eventually we did a quick segment at the end with Tino Martinez. They do a fantastic job of getting everything on video and putting it into one after. We have some great content coming for everyone from this awesome event with Tino Martinez yesterday so stay tuned. They kept the line moving fast because of how many people ended coming to meet Tino Martinez.
I also made some new connects during the event yesterday with Anna Samanamu who is a graphic designer/digital creator and connected with a lot of big names also. Everyone please follow her on social media, She is the best. Then I met Katrina VanMortor who is amazing as she brought her son also to the event to meet Tino Martinez. The son plays baseball, he is a pitcher and was happy when meeting Martinez. Everyone please follow her also on social media. At the end of f event, we took pictures with Tino Martinez and did a quick 60 second segment with him.
Then Tino Martinez came downstairs with his representative Jack Berke and they did a birthday thing for him as Martinez's birthday is Thursday December 7th.
