Lia Villa is a competitor, she wants to win, always helping her teammates, great shooter, passer, defender and rebounder. Unbelievable shooting guard/power forward at 5'10 has shown the Ability to run a offense, setup plays for her teammates, earning trust from the coaching staff of over the years. Playing with an athlete like Amanda Castro last year helped Villa even more becoming leader of Marlboro and making sure everyone is in the same page. The Mustangs will miss Lia Villa but will have a young roster that has experience with playing alot this year.

Ka'Tora Rush a 5'5 guard is also a hard worker that never gives up, wants to help the team win and when healthy can do multiple things on the court. Over the years Rush has improved on shooting, rebounding, passing, quickness and becoming a complete all around player eventually in her career. Ka'Tora Rush has made a huge impact for Marlboro throughout her career being a fantastic teammate, helping others, getting better as a player and having fun. The Mustangs are going to miss her when she goes to college and starts a new journey.

Despite the loss against Middle Town North, this type of ceremony means a lot to the players, coaching staff, teammates, their families, fans and school and Marlboro high School.
