Monmouth Cards in Oakhurst New Jersey had Brooklyn Nets forward Dorian Finney-Smith yesterday for an autograph signing appearance from 6:00-7:30 hosted by my friend Gigi Speers who is an amazing reporter. I was able to help out with this awesome event also, taking pictures, videos, media coverage, meeting other people in the sports industry and seeing fans having a great time. Dorian Finney-Smith also had his family and agent in attendance for last night. We had a great turnout in hand for Finney-Smith as everyone was exploring all the cards and pictures of athletes they had in their place.
They are also opening more locations as this company continues to grow in a big way attracting more players to do events with them. Gigi Speers did a fantastic job of keeping everything organized last night with two lines which one of them was the VIP where all of them can ask Finney-Smith questions also as he got up to mingle with fans. Mac Media Productions was also there yesterday taking videos and photos which I connected with during the event. This was Dorian Finney-Smith's second event of the day yesterday as he did an another one earlier in New York.
After Finney-Smith did the VIP part, he was able to do a couple of segments with us talking about this event overall, being traded to Brooklyn from Dallas, Michael Jordan Or LeBron, talented players in New York/New Jersey and other interesting things. Some of the fans stayed also to watch the interviews, showed support and cheered at the end. Shout-out to Nathan who is the owner of Monmouth Cards and rest of his staff for an amazing event/turnout with Dorian Finney-Smith. This place is about to be put on the map, where players will want to come here to meet fans.
