Aryelle Stein with another remarkable performance for Manalapan girls lacrosse as they get a 14-7 victory over Brick Memorial and improves to 8-0 in Shore Conference. Stein is unstoppable right now when it comes to scoring, she is taking advantage of every opportunity that comes to her against the opponents defense. Manalapan's coach does a fantastic job of having them prepared no matter what team they play and record. Brick Memorial was out of sorts on defense as they no game plan for Stein. Her teammates were also outstanding finding Stein open shots and having flow to the offense.
Brick Memorial took the lead at one point but Manalapan kept their compusre and never gave up on a key play. The Braves are just a better team right now when it comes to keeping a lead and coming back from a deficit. Stein played up tempo the whole game, knew each assignment against Brick's defense and beat them in many ways for her 9 goals. Manalapan took off during the second half to extend their lead even more. Brick Memorial didn't have enough fire power to make another run but showed fight most of this matchup.
Aryelle Stein now has 28 goals this season and after the game I did a post game interview with her talking about this win, her season and the coach.
