Woodbridge Brewing Company never disappoints when it comes to events as we had 2X World Series Champion and NL CY Young Award winner Doc Gooden in the house yesterday with our friend Frank Luna who does a fantastic job. Frank The Tank from Barstool Sports also made an appearance along with his team last night also. All the fans were ready to meet Gooden while waiting inside, outside watching NBA and NHL playoffs. Once Doc Gooden arrived, everyone was cheering for him as Frank Luna brought him inside to get settled. It was awesome to see Frank The Tank again from Barstool as he was on the Show last year.
Doc Gooden got his number 16 Jersey retired last week by the New York Mets at Citi Field with an amazing ceremony. Darryl Strawberry who was at the Woodbridge Brewing Company also at one point surprised Gooden at his ceremony and great to see both back together on a special moment. Gooden spoke to the fans on field during ceremony and got lots of love from everyone. Our event with him yesterday at the Woodbridge Brewing Company was awesome, great turnout, all the people had fun and Gooden enjoyed his experience. He had his family, team and our friend Anna Samanamu who is the best also.
Gooden interacted with all the fans once they came to him for their pictures and getting items signed. Everyone worked together to make sure this went smoothly and it was another successful one. Congrats to the Doc once again on getting his number 16 Jersey retired by the New York Mets, well deserved and what a great career for him. Frank The Tank from Barstool Sports did a fantastic segment with Gooden towards the end and did their walkout interview after which was also awesome to see.
